PSA Nitrogen Generator

After the compressed air is processed by the drying system, the dried air is passed through a transformer adsorption system composed of two towers in parallel, with carbon molecular sieves inside the towers, using the principle of transformer adsorption to adsorb oxygen, carbon dioxide and water in the compressed air, and then discharge the purified nitrogen. The two towers alternately work and regenerate each other to produce nitrogen continuously. In the working tower, oxygen and other impurities in the air are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is directly pressed out through the top of the tower and sent to the nitrogen storage tank, while the oxygen adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve in the regeneration tower is often pressed and analyzed and discharged.
